Tous nos produits à base d'autruche proviennent d'Afrique du Sud. Les autruches y vivent dans des conditions adaptées à leur espèce, dans d'immenses fermes où elles peuvent assouvir leur besoin naturel de courir. Les os sont séchés à basse température au four. Ce séchage doux permet de conserver au maximum les nutriments.
