New customer discount

As a new customer, you can benefit from a total discount of up to CHF 10.00:

Immediate welcome discount

Open your customer account and save CHF 5.00 directly on your first order. The discount is automatically deducted in the shopping cart; you do not need to enter a code. If you create your account after your first order, the discount of CHF 5.00 applies to your next purchase.

Newsletter bonus

Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a voucher for CHF 5.00 via email after confirming your registration.

Combination

Since the welcome discount is deducted automatically and is not a voucher code, it can be combined with the newsletter voucher: This secures you a total discount of CHF 10.00 on your first order. Welcome to iPet.ch!

Loyalty points

Collecting

We reward your loyalty! As a registered customer, you collect loyalty points with every purchase: CHF 1 goods value equals 1 loyalty point.

The decisive factor is the goods value of the ordered products after deduction of all discounts and vouchers. Postage and packaging costs, payment method fees, a possible CO₂ contribution as well as the goods value of subscription orders are not taken into account.

Redemption

From 500 loyalty points you can redeem these; 500 loyalty points correspond to a goods value of CHF 10.00. If you have at least 500 loyalty points, these will be automatically redeemed at checkout during your next order and the equivalent value will be deducted directly from your shopping cart. If you prefer to continue collecting your points, you can remove the deduction at checkout at any time; your loyalty points will then be fully retained. For technical reasons, a maximum of 500 loyalty points can be redeemed per order.

Validity

Loyalty points are valid for two years from their date of issue and expire thereafter without compensation. Loyalty points are not transferable and are not paid out in cash.

Returns

If an order is returned in whole or in part, the loyalty points credited for it will be deducted to the extent of the refunded goods value. Loyalty points that you redeemed for this order will be credited back to your customer account with their original issue date; their expiry period is not extended by this.

Guest orders

With a guest order without a customer account, you receive neither the new customer discount nor loyalty points.

Right to make changes

iPet reserves the right to change, supplement or restrict the content of the loyalty points program at any time.

Redeeming vouchers

You redeem vouchers in the checkout area by entering the voucher code in the field provided. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. The automatically deducted welcome discount does not count as a voucher code.

Vouchers can only be redeemed by registered customers, as any residual value for guest orders could not be assigned to an account.
