The Freedom Turnout Light turnout rug is equipped with an adjustable cross surcingle with a quick-release fastener on the belly. The front ends have a Velcro fastener on the edge of the rug. This makes it very easy to attach the rug to the horse before closing it with the front quick-release fastener. The quick-release fastener has a Velcro cover for safety.
