Burgerstein MagnesiumVital combines two high-quality magnesium compounds magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium citrate to ensure a reliable supply of magnesium in daily life. Both forms are characterized by high bioavailability and good tolerability.

Magnesium performs numerous important functions in the body and contributes, among other things, to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function, and the function of the nervous system. Magnesium citrate also supports acid-base metabolism.
