Active ingredients that help:

Ribwort plantain relaxes, protects the airways and soothes irritating coughs. Thyme supports lung function and facilitates mucus clearance. Camomile soothes the airways and relaxes the bronchial tubes. Black cumin has an antibacterial and expectorant effect and facilitates expectoration.
