You might be wondering: Why is this dry food baked? Escapure prefers this traditional and gentle manufacturing process to enhance flavor and create a more pleasant aroma. The dry food is gently and slowly baked in a stone oven and then slowly cooled. This preserves natural vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.
