Farmina Vet Life Cardiac is a complete dietary food for adult dogs to support heart function in chronic heart failure. Vet Life Cardiac has a low concentration of sodium and an improved sodium/potassium ratio. The altered CI / K / Na ratio can compensate for electrolyte imbalances caused by cardiomyopathies or pharmacological treatments. Taurine supports the regulation of heart muscle function and has a preventive effect against heart muscle diseases and dilated cardiomyopathies. The addition of L-carnitine influences fat metabolism and energy availability. In the early stages of the disease, it is possible to regulate portions so that weight loss is possible. In advanced stages, the high biological value of the protein content and the high digestibility of the diet prevent cardiac cachexia.
