Indispensable for the health of our little fur noses! Zinc is a trace element and is vital for dogs' and cats' bodies. Zinc activates and controls the metabolism. The trace element is involved in cell division. Zinc supports wound healing. Zinc is essential for numerous processes in the body of dogs and cats! If the zinc supply is right, the skin is elastic, the coat is shiny and the dog's and cat's defenses are strong.

Chronic illnesses can lead to a zinc deficiency. Some dog breeds also have a genetic disorder of zinc absorption. A zinc deficiency manifests itself in skin diseases, a dull coat, a weakened immune system and even fertility problems.

Futtermedicus Optisolo Zinc is highly concentrated and therefore economical to use. It has a fine floury consistency, is tasteless and odorless and is optimally adapted to the zinc requirements of dogs and cats. The premium powder is mixed into the food for barfing or cooking

Guten Tag Ich suche etwas für meinen Hund, da seine Krallen sehr brüchig sind und auch einreissen. Vom Tierarzt habe ich Tabletten mit Zink und Biotin erhalten. Führen Sie so etwas auch?

Guten Tag, haben Sie mit Ihrem Tierarzt überprüft, ob es sich nicht um eine symmetrische lupoide Onychodystrophie (SLO) handelt? Das ist eine Autoimmunerkrankung, die einer speziellen Behandlung bedarf und für die brüchige Krallen typisch sind. Ansonsten ist es sehr gut, Zink und Biotin zu geben, und Sie können auch zusätzlich Omega-3-Fettsäuren hinzuzufügen, idealerweise in Form von Kapseln.
