Heiniger PROGROOM Balance Shampoo was specially developed to thoroughly clean the coat without stripping away its natural oils. The balanced formula combines effective cleansing with intensive care, ensuring a healthy, hydrated, and well-nourished coat. Ideal for regular use as well as for the first wash.

Enriched with natural plant extracts from pineapple and cucumber, the shampoo provides moisture, supports skin balance, and leaves a pleasantly fresh feeling. The lightweight conditioning formula works without weighing the coat down, ensuring a loose, shiny finish.

Ideal for:

Directions:

• This shampoo is highly concentrated and should always be diluted before use.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• First, pour water into the mixing bottle, then add the shampoo.
• Use the diluted product within 24 hours.

Hand washing:

• Dilution: 1 part shampoo to 4 parts water (adjustable depending on coat condition)
• Thoroughly wet the coat
• Massage the diluted shampoo into the coat until a lather forms
• Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary
• Optionally, use a conditioner
• Dry with a towel or hair dryer
• Brush or comb the coat

Hydrobath:

• Add 5–10 ml of shampoo (1–2 pumps of 30 ml each) to the tank filled with fresh water

Safety instructions:

• Follow the instructions on the label
• Avoid contact with eyes
• If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse carefully with lukewarm water for approx. 5 minutes
• Always use the diluted product within 24 hours

Storage:

• Note the opening date upon first use
• Once opened, use within the time period recommended on the label
• Store in a cool, dry place away from light
• Clean applicators and mixing bottles regularly and allow them to dry completely
