Heiniger PROGROOM Crisp Conditioner is a unique, non-softening conditioner specially formulated to give the coat maximum texture, volume, and body. The innovative formula gently acidifies the coat, seals the cuticle layer, and reliably protects the skin and coat from damage caused by styling, heat, and environmental factors—without weighing the coat down.

Unlike conventional conditioners, the coat remains textured, airy, and clearly defined after application. Ideal for any situation where a crisp, fluffy finish with perfect volume is required—especially for show and clipping work.

Directions:

• The conditioner is concentrated and must be diluted before use
• Shake the bottle well before use
• First, pour water into the mixing bottle, then add the product
• One liter of diluted product is sufficient for approx. four medium-sized dogs
• Use the diluted product within 24–48 hours

Hand washing:

• Dilution: 30 ml Crisp Conditioner to 970 ml water
• Adjustable by ±10 ml depending on the desired effect
• After washing, work approx. 250 ml of conditioner into the coat
• Let sit for 1–2 minutes
• Rinse lightly with fresh water
• Dry with a towel or hair dryer
• Brush or comb the coat

Hydrobath:

• Not suitable for hydrobaths

Key Ingredients:

• Witch hazel extract – soothes irritation, gently tightens the skin, protects and smooths the coat without weighing it down
• Glycerin – a natural moisturizer that regulates sebum production and helps with dry, flaky coats

Safety Instructions:

• Read and follow the instructions for use carefully
• Avoid contact with eyes
• If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse with lukewarm water for approx. 5 minutes
• Always use the diluted product within 24–48 hours

Storage:

• Write the opening date on the bottle when using for the first time
• Use within the recommended time after opening
• Store in a cool, dry place away from light
• Clean applicators and mixing bottles regularly and allow them to dry completely
