Heiniger PROGROOM Gentle Shampoo is an exceptionally mild, hypoallergenic shampoo for sensitive, itchy, and irritation-prone animals. The gentle formula gently cleanses the coat while providing intensive care and Moisture to the skin and hair.

Enriched with oat flour, lavender, and chamomile, this shampoo offers a soothing and nourishing effect. It helps relieve itching, soothe the skin, and keep the coat soft, supple, and healthy—ideal for animals with sensitive skin.

Directions:

• The shampoo is highly concentrated and should be diluted before use.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• First add water to the mixing bottle, then add the shampoo.
• Use the diluted product within 24 hours.

Manual application:

• Dilution: 1 part shampoo to 4 parts water (adjustable depending on coat condition)
• Thoroughly wet the coat
• Massage in the diluted shampoo until a lather forms
• Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary
• Optionally, use a conditioner
• Dry the coat and then brush or comb it

Hydrobath:

• Add 5–10 ml of shampoo to the water tank (approx. 2 pumps of 30 ml each)

Safety instructions:

• Follow the instructions on the label
• Avoid contact with eyes
• If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse carefully with lukewarm water for approx. 5 minutes
• Always use the diluted product within 24 hours

Storage:

• Note the opening date upon first use
• Use within the recommended time after opening
• Store in a cool, dry place away from light
• Clean applicators and mixing bottles regularly and allow them to dry completely
