Heiniger PROGROOM Gentle Shampoo is an exceptionally mild, hypoallergenic shampoo for animals with sensitive skin, itchy skin, or skin prone to irritation. The gentle formula gently cleanses the coat while providing intensive care and Moisture to both the skin and hair.

Enriched with oatmeal, lavender, and chamomile, this shampoo has a soothing and nourishing effect. It helps relieve itching, soothe the skin, and keep the coat soft, supple, and healthy—ideal for animals with sensitive skin.

Directions:

• The shampoo is highly concentrated and should be diluted before use.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• First, pour water into the mixing bottle, then add the shampoo.
• Use the diluted product within 24 hours.

Manual application:

• Dilution: 1 part shampoo to 4 parts water (adjustable depending on coat condition)
• Thoroughly wet the coat
• Massage the diluted shampoo into the coat until a lather forms
• Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary
• Optionally, use a conditioner
• Dry the coat and then brush or comb it

Hydrobath:

• Add 5–10 ml of shampoo to the water tank (approx. 2 pumps of 30 ml each)

Safety Instructions:

• Follow the instructions on the label
• Avoid contact with eyes
• If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse carefully with lukewarm water for approx. 5 minutes
• Always use the diluted product within 24 hours

Storage:

• Note the opening date upon first use
• Use within the recommended time after opening
• Store in a cool, dry place away from light
• Clean applicators and mixing bottles regularly and allow them to dry completely
