Heiniger PROGROOM Puppy Shampoo is an exceptionally mild, tear-free shampoo specially formulated for the sensitive skin and delicate coats of puppies and kittens. The gentle formula cleanses gently while preserving the coat’s natural softness.

Ideal for:

Directions:

• The shampoo is concentrated and should be diluted before use.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• First, add water to the mixing bottle, then add the shampoo.
• Use the diluted product within 24–48 hours.

Hand washing:

• Dilution: 1 part shampoo to 6 parts water (adjustable depending on coat condition)
• Thoroughly wet the coat
• Gently massage in the diluted shampoo until a lather forms
• Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary
• Optionally, use a conditioner
• Dry with a towel or hair dryer
• Brush or comb the coat

Hydrobath:

• Add 5–10 ml of shampoo per liter of water (or 1 pump of 30 ml) to the tank

Safety instructions:

• Follow the instructions on the label
• Avoid contact with eyes
• If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse carefully with lukewarm water for approx. 5 minutes
• A special facial cleanser is recommended for the eye area
• Always use diluted product within 24–48 hours

Storage:

• Note the opening date upon first use
• Use within the recommended time after opening
• Store in a cool, dry place away from light
• Clean applicators and mixing bottles regularly and allow them to dry completely
