Icarex Horse Insect Protection

Icarex Insect Repellent protects horses from flies, black flies, midges, horseflies, ticks, and grass mites for up to 3 days. The breathable, vegan silk extends the duration of the active ingredient Icardin, soothes itching, and provides Moisture. The active complex forms a reservoir and also enhances the effect of Icardin even under difficult weather conditions.

By repelling bloodsuckers and pests, Icarex Insect Repellent provides important support in protecting against the transmission of many pathogens.

Due to the deterrent effect of Icaridin, Icarex is also recommended for the prevention of summer eczema.

The Icaridin contained in the product is a repellent that annoying bloodsuckers and flies can smell, effectively deterring them. Unlike an insecticide, the parasites are not killed. After application, the repellent evaporates on the skin, creating a protective layer just a few millimeters thick that stops insects, mosquitoes, ticks, and other parasites from approaching and settling on the skin.

The lavandin it contains provides a pleasant scent and nourishes the skin. Lavandin is a natural hybrid of true lavender and broad-leaved lavender and is primarily used to produce fragrances and essential oils.

The vegan silk it contains provides breathable protection for the skin and coat, fixing the repellent scents to the coat and prolonging their effect. It is nourishing, protects against environmental influences and irritants, etc., is breathable and pleasant on the skin, and gives the coat a silky sheen.

Application:
For horses: spray evenly and thinly onto the coat. Avoid contact with the eyes. Therefore, apply thinly to the head by hand or with a small cloth. Apply to the entire body to repel flying insects. Apply to the lower legs and around the mouth to protect against grass mites or ticks.
For humans: Use against insects like a standard mosquito spray on all exposed areas of the skin. To protect against grass mites and ticks, spray evenly and thinly all around the lower legs, as well as on clothing and shoes.

Can be sprayed in any position, even upside down or at an angle

Up to 3 days for horses, up to 10 hours for humans
