Natural balance in the garden pond

Plant and food residues, metabolic products and leaves deteriorate the quality of the pond water. Good water quality is necessary to promote the health of fish and plants. Each season requires certain measures and care for the garden pond. With a water test, deficits in the pond water can be detected and the appropriate measures introduced.

Promotion of bacterial decomposition
Environmental influences such as thunderstorms or acid rain or the one-sided proliferation of certain microorganisms can disturb the natural balance in the pond. BactoPond restores the natural balance and thus supports the self-cleaning of the pond. BactoPond creates healthy and clean pond water through the biological degradation of pollutants.

Simple use of BactoPond
Calculate requirements. Mix the required amount with pond water in a watering can and distribute evenly over the pond. Use regularly every two weeks to support self-cleaning. After heavy rainfall or if the balance of the pond environment is visibly disturbed. Do not bathe for 24 hours after use in swimming ponds.

Dosage
40 ml to approx. 700 - 800 l of pond water
After special events (rain, disturbed balance): Double the amount.

EN Safety instructions for water treatment
JBL products for water treatment are preparations which, according to the current state of knowledge, pose no danger in their present form and for which no safety data sheet is required in accordance with EU (Regulation) 1907/2006. If the products are accidentally used for purposes other than their intended use, e.g. by swallowing or getting into the eyes, this can lead to swelling or allergic reactions in individual cases. In such cases, always consult a doctor to be on the safe side.

Use biocides with caution. Always read the label and product information before use.
