JBL PRO POND Summer + Color
JBL ProPond Summer & Color is a high-quality summer food for koi and other pond fish that has been specially developed for high water temperatures between 20 and 30 °C. Thanks to its balanced composition, the easily digestible food granules ensure a low burden on the digestive tract - ideal in warm weather when the oxygen content of the water is reduced anyway.
The ideal protein/fat ratio of 4:1 is precisely tailored to the increased energy requirements in summer temperatures. During feeding, a koi's oxygen requirement can rise to over 500 mg per kilogram of fish per hour - JBL ProPond Summer & Color provides optimum support for the animals during this critical phase.
Krill and shrimps also promote strong color development and give the food a natural taste that is readily accepted. The food is designed in a floating pearl shape, which makes it easy to observe and control food intake.
With a content of 32 % protein, 8 % fat, 3 % Crude fiber and 8 % Crude ash, the feed offers a nutritious and balanced supply without the addition of preservatives.
The food is packaged in resealable, airtight and lightproof bags made from a fully recyclable mono-material. This preserves the quality for a long time - even during prolonged storage in the summer heat.
Note: In extreme water temperatures above 30 °C, additional measures such as shading should be taken and feeding may need to be temporarily suspended to ensure the welfare of the fish.
Feed once or twice a day as much as is eaten in a few minutes.
