What is the difference between the previous JUWEL EasyFeed automatic feeders and the new SmartFeed?
Every JUWEL aquarium is already prepared for the use of a JUWEL automatic feeder. The EasyFeed is programmable for two feeding cycles per day and allows you to feed your fish every 6 hours. For more convenient feeding with an extended range of functions, JUWEL Aquarium has developed the SmartFeed. This automatic feeder can be programmed for three feeding cycles per day in 8 different dosing levels. The built-in display makes programming easier and gives you an overview of your settings. The scope of delivery includes both a feed screw for feeding flake food and one for feeding granulated food, so that you can customize your automatic feeder to your feeding method. A feed chamber extension is also supplied, which allows you to feed automatically for even longer periods of absence.
