Undercover Hoof Care Paste

KERALIT undercover is a natural and long-lasting hoof care paste that protects the horn from rotting and decomposition. It consists of herbal spices, mineral substances and bark extracts that strengthen and disinfect the horn.

The paste adheres well to the hoof and releases the active ingredients evenly over 6-8 weeks. You can apply the paste in the area of the white line, sole, corner bars and frog to prevent or treat horn damage such as horn columns, Condo walls or thrush.

KERALIT undercover changes the environment under the shoeing in such a way that horn-decomposing bacteria, fungi or harmful substances can no longer penetrate. The product is free of iodoform or copper compounds and is therefore gentle on the horn.

KERALIT undercover is the ideal solution for shod horses and promotes healthy and stable hooves.

Application:

After you have cut out and removed the rotten or loose horn, fill the resulting cavities with KERALIT undercover. If you are using plate and silicone inserts, you can also coat the sole and the frog with it. The shoeing work then continues as usual.
