Paw care strengthens the paw pads' resistance to the effects of weather, chemical substances and mechanical stress. Coconut and apricot kernel oil are quickly absorbed and have a smoothing effect. Good moisturizing is crucial to prevent the protective cornea of the paw pads from drying out and cracking. Preventive care is of great importance to avoid injuries such as cracks or painful wounds. Especially in winter, it is essential to protect dogs' paws from the aggressive effects of snow, ice, grit and road salt. But city dogs that mainly run on asphalt, hunting dogs, herding dogs, therapy dogs and generally all dogs that spend a lot of time on their paws also benefit from regular paw care.

Application:
Before going for a walk, apply a thin layer of Paw Care to each individual pad and massage in gently. This creates a protective layer against the weather and mechanical irritation.
After the walk, clean the paws with a soft cloth. An additional wash with lukewarm water is necessary if stubborn dirt or corrosive road salt needs to be removed. Wet paws must be dried, even between the pads. Otherwise, there is a risk that the skin of the pads will soften and bacteria and yeast will colonize, causing skin infections.
Cleaned and dried, the paw pads and the spaces between the pads can be easily checked for scratches or other injuries.
Brittle and cracked paw pads can be creamed with the paw care product several times a day as required. the care can work particularly well overnight.
