Lunderland Fruit Mix

Lunderland - feeding with personal responsibility!

Fruit mix for dogs and cats as part of BARF feeding.

Lunderland fruit mix:

  • Apple, sea buckthorn berry, aronia berry, red and black currant, apricot
  • Plum, blackberry, strawberry, gooseberry, blueberry, pear
  • From sustainable cultivation, produced with green electricity.

When selecting the fruit, Lunderland opted for fruit that has been preserved by freeze-drying. Only the aronia and sea buckthorn berries are air-dried.
Please note that the composition of the fruit mix may change from time to time. Freeze-drying is an extremely gentle process that preserves the natural form of the fruit, vitamins, minerals and even essential oils and naturally occurring flavors as far as possible.
The degree of drying is far higher than with air drying. Approx. 1 kg of apples are processed for 100 g of freeze-dried apple pieces, while only approx. 500 g to 600 g of apples are used for 100 g of air-dried apple pieces. Changes in the consistency of the fruit pieces (when they become softer) do not mean a loss of quality!

The company Lunderland, based in Lüchow, Germany, emphasizes personal responsibility when feeding dogs and cats:
Lundersland's food range is aimed at pet owners who do not want to feed their pets complete foods.
Lundersland is convinced that a healthy diet is always a varied diet and is based on fresh, unprocessed food as far as possible.

Please note: This fruit mix has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.

The Lunderland fruit mix is recommended as a supplement to a conventional carbohydrate source.
For dogs up to 20 kg, 1 teaspoon is sufficient,
Dogs up to 40 kg get 1 tablespoon,
Dogs over 60 kg 1 1/2 tablespoons of dry fruit per day.

Mix the fruit with the same volume of warm to hot water (e.g. pour 1 tablespoon of fruit with 1 tablespoon of water) and leave the mixture to soak for 10 to 20 minutes. Of course, the fruit mix can also be added to the meat in small quantities after soaking.
