Lunderland Fine Vegetable Mix

Lunderland - feeding with personal responsibility!

Grain-free vegetable flakes for dogs and cats as part of BARF feeding.

The inulin from the parsnips, the oligosaccharides from the carrots and the apple pectin nourish the microbiome in the intestine and, together with the grated coconut, nourish the intestinal mucosa.

As a source of carotenoids, carrots are extremely healthy - especially for the eyes, skin and heart. Carotenoids are secondary plant substances. In addition to their provitamin A activity, carrots have a positive effect on the immune system. They also have an antioxidant effect in the body (protection against inflammatory substances).

Pumpkin provides many minerals and vitamins, especially potassium and beta-carotene. The pumpkin seed content has a positive effect on bladder health.

Nettle and dandelion support liver and kidney function respectively.

Aronia is a real source of antioxidants.

Spinach , beet and parsley score highly in terms of vitamin K and beta carotene as well as large amounts of minerals such as iron.

The fine granulation makes this new mixture extremely economical.

Please use plenty of hot water during preparation and leave the flakes to soak for at least 15 minutes. After soaking, the flakes can be mixed with raw or cooked meat or canned meat, for example.

To obtain 100 g of fine vegetable mix, a maximum of 20 g flakes and 80 g water is required, or 2 parts flakes in 8 parts water.

Please note during preparation that the flakes increase greatly in volume/weight after the swelling process. If the amount of flakes is measured by volume, we recommend the following for

Young animals - dogs:

Meat approx. 80 %, grain / vegetables approx. 20 % (swollen).

Adults and older animals - dogs:

Meat approx. 70 %, grain / vegetables approx. 30 % (swollen) or 2/3 meat, 1/3 grain/vegetables.

For cats, the vegetable content in the feed should be a maximum of 10 %.

Feeding and storage:
Please only feed freshly prepared flakes. Never feed unsoaked flakes.
Pre-soaked flakes can become sour after a few hours - especially in summer - and thus become incompatible for dogs and cats.
