Guten Tag,
bei meinem 14-jährigen Bolonka wurde gestern bei einer Blutkontrolle völlig überraschend, (da keine klinischen Symptome) eine chron. Niereninsuffizienz Stadium 3 festgestellt. Nun bin ich auf der Suche nach einem unterstützenden Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, falls es so etwas bei diesem Krankheitsbild gibt.
Bin bereits sofort auf eine ausschliessliche Nierendiät umgestiegen (von Terra Canis).
Können Sie mir bzgl. einem NEM, was vielleicht den Verlauf verzögern könnte, einen Tip geben?

Für Hunde gibt es nur eine begrenzte Auswahl – ich empfehle Ihnen daher das Pronefra, sowie das Duomega, das Fettsäuren enthält, welche auch die Nierenfunktion unterstützen.
