MONGE VETSOLUTION CANINE GASTROINTESTINAL contains Fit-aroma®, a natural extract from horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum). This has been proven to have an antispasmodic effect by modulating cholinergic receptors and calcium channels in the intestine. At the same time, Fit-aroma® has astringent properties that can help slow down intestinal movement (peristalsis).
The effect of Fit-aroma® is further supported by inactivated probiotic bacteria. It contains Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Streptococcus thermophilus. These microorganisms are resistant to stomach acid, digestive enzymes, and bile acids and can attach themselves to the intestinal epithelium, thereby helping to support intestinal function.
Protein: The proteins contained in the product come mainly from high-quality animal sources and are easily digestible.
Fats: The formula contains balanced amounts of fat to reduce intestinal stress while providing sufficient energy. Fats also play an important role in the regeneration of the intestinal epithelium.
Minerals: The electrolyte content is increased to compensate for excessive water and mineral loss that can occur with digestive disorders.
The recipe also contains probiotics and prebiotics, which support the balance of the intestinal flora.
The recommended daily ration should be divided into two meals.
Fresh, clean drinking water must be available to your dog at all times.
