Dental care for dogs and cats doesn’t have to be complicated—just naturally effective. OralClean+Care Classic is a gel or spray for daily dental care for adult pets. With a special formula, it helps remove and prevent tartar and plaque—gently and without a brush.

Directions for use

For acute tartar: Twice daily, morning and evening
Preventive: Once daily, every 2 to 3 days

The initial treatment is usually complete after 3 to 8 weeks*, once the tartar has been removed. After that, one application every 2 to 3 days is sufficient to prevent new tartar buildup and permanently eliminate bad breath.

For effective use...
do not give your pet food or water shortly before and for at least 10 minutes after treatment. A longer application time of up to 30 minutes intensifies the effect.

Successful treatment requires consistent use—at the recommended dosage. This is the only way to prevent tartar from hardening again.

Tip: To support the effect, you can rub the affected areas every 3 to 4 days after about 2 weeks—for example, with a gauze bandage.

Spray
Application: Spray the product onto the outer surfaces of the teeth or directly onto the affected areas. The number of sprays depends on the animal’s weight; see the dosage table.

Gel
Application The active ingredients are optimally distributed throughout the mouth via the tongue and saliva when you apply the gel to the outer surfaces of the upper teeth as follows:
(1) Apply a strip of gel to your finger according to the dosage table. Pull your pet’s lip upward. Run your finger from back to front along one side of the teeth.
(2) Repeat step (1) on the other side of the teeth.

Important Notes

• Your pet should not be given food or water before application or for at least 10 minutes afterward.
• A longer application time of up to 30 minutes can further enhance the effect.
• After the initial treatment phase of 3 to 8 weeks, one application every 2–3 days is usually sufficient to prevent new tartar buildup. The exact duration depends on the severity of the tartar buildup.
• Regular and consistent use is crucial for the success of the treatment. If treatment is interrupted, existing tartar may harden again.
• Tip: After about 2 weeks, affected areas can be gently rubbed with a gauze bandage every 3–4 days to further support the care.
