Protexin Cobalaplex
Protexin Cobalaplex is designed to support normal serum cobalamin and folic acid levels in dogs and cats to improve their health and quality of life.
Ingredients:
- Cobalamin (vitamin B12)
Cobalamin is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in many physiological processes. For example, it is involved in cell metabolism, DNA synthesis, amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism and the formation of erythrocytes. - Folic acid (vitamin B9)
Folic acid is another important water-soluble B vitamin that is essential for DNA synthesis and repair and thus plays a key role in cell division and growth. As a result, proliferating cells such as erythrocytes, leukocytes and enterocytes have a high demand for folic acid. - Preplex-Prebiotics®
A prebiotic combination of fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) and acacia (gum arabic) that supports healthy intestinal flora and thus the maintenance of optimal serum folic acid and cobalamin levels. - Artificial chicken flavor
To improve palatability and compliance. Artificial chicken flavouring is safe for dogs with allergies, as it contains no animal ingredients.
The capsules can be administered whole or opened, and the tasty contents can be sprinkled on food.

The number of capsules can be increased or decreased as required to maintain normal cobalamin (vitamin B12) levels. Your vet can advise you further on this.

Your iPet team Bonjour, il n' y a pas d'effets secondaires particuliers décrits si ce n'est parfois une intolérance à la gélatine qui compose les capsules. Dans ce cas, il est recommandé d'ouvrir les capsules et de simplement verser la poudre sur la nourriture.

Der Einsatz von Cobalamin stützt sich auf tiermedizinische Fallberichte und klinische Erfahrungswerte. Es gibt daher keine speziellen Dosierungsrichtlinien und wir empfehlen die Standarddosierung (1 Kapsel alle 2 Tage).
