Sanafino ground hemp seeds
Sanafino ground hemp seeds contain important and sometimes essential substances for animals, which prevent deficiency symptoms and alleviate existing ones. Free from chemical additives, these crushed hemp seeds are an absolutely natural and plant-based source of vital substances for animals.
The fiber in hemp seeds nourishes the intestinal tract and optimally supports good digestion.
Why ground?
The gentle processing of hemp seeds means that they have a higher biological nutritional value than whole hemp seeds, for example. As a result, the supplementary feed is quickly and efficiently converted into the body's own proteins. These are quickly available to the animal to build up condition and muscles and to strengthen the immune system.
Crushed hemp seeds are also suitable for animals that refuse to eat hemp seeds whole. Furthermore, this version of hemp seed often leaves less residual feed in the trough and bowl.
Ground hemp seeds are produced exclusively from hemp seeds from EU agriculture and contain less than 0.2% THC.
Feeding recommendation:
Give Sanafino crushed hemp seeds as a daily feed supplement or as a temporary change in the daily feed. During a 5-day acclimatization phase, we recommend reducing the daily dosage to half. For animals that are particularly in need of care due to age or illness, the daily dose can be gradually increased to up to double after the familiarization phase.
Dosages:
Dog up to 5kg / 9-11g
Dog over 10kg: per 10kg / 10-12g
Cats per 1kg / 3-4 times a week / 1- 2g
Horses per 100 kg / 12-15 g
Important!
Store in a cool place and in sealed packaging!
Shelf life in original container (unopened) approx. 12 months, use within 3-4 months after opening.
Doping
German Equestrian Federation (FN)
The FN provides the following information: The hemp plant as a whole, i.e. flowers, leaves, stems etc. is prohibited. Hemp press cake, if it contains the above-mentioned ingredients, is prohibited. There is no information on products made from the hemp nut, not even on hemp oil obtained from the hemp nut. The THC content in our hemp products is below 0.2 % in accordance with EU regulations. There is no information on a possible withdrawal period for hemp products produced from the hemp nut.
However, we recommend a 48-hour withdrawal period.
Austrian Equestrian Sports Association (OEPS)
In Austria, hemp is not on the prohibited list, Austria adheres to the prohibited substances according to the FEI prohibited list.
Swiss Equestrian Sports Association (SVPS)
In Switzerland, hemp is not on the prohibited list; Switzerland also adheres to the prohibited substances according to the FEI Prohibited List.
International Federation of Equestrian Sports, umbrella organization of equestrian sports based in Lausanne (FEI)
The FEI is in agreement with Sanafino hemp products: A maximum value of 0.3 mg per liter of urine water is mentioned for arsenic. Sanafino hemp products fall below this value at 0.03 mg per liter.
