Sanafino ORGANIC hemp seeds
Vital substances and unsaturated fatty acids are an important component in the daily feeding of animals.
The natural ORGANIC hemp seed contains exactly these, partly essential acids, vitamins and minerals, which are a supporting factor for an active metabolism and other important functions in the organism.
ORGANIC hemp seed, used as a daily supplementary animal feed, not only stabilizes tendons and joints. In sports animals, the high density of vital substances has a beneficial and supportive effect on muscle development and condition during daily training.
Another aspect that results from feeding ORGANIC hemp seeds for animals from Sanafino is the stabilizing and balancing factor on the nervous system. This has been proven to result in a longer, more concentrated phase of daily training for sports animals.
The hemp seeds come exclusively from EU agriculture and contain a THC content of less than 0.2%.
Feeding recommendation:
Sanafino hemp seeds can be added daily or as a temporary change to the daily feed as a feed supplement. During a 5-day acclimatization phase, we recommend reducing the daily dosage to half.
For animals that are particularly in need of care due to age or illness, the daily dose can be successively increased up to twice as much after the familiarization phase.
Dosages:
Horses per 100 kg 12-15 g
Cats per 1 kg 3-4 times per week | 1- 2 g

Shelf life in original container (unopened) approx. 12 months, use within 3-4 months after opening.
Doping
German Equestrian Federation (FN)
The FN provides the following information: The hemp plant as a whole, i.e. flowers, leaves, stems etc. is prohibited. Hemp press cake, if it contains the above-mentioned ingredients, is prohibited. There is no information on products made from the hemp nut, not even on hemp oil obtained from the hemp nut. The THC content in our hemp products is below 0.2 % in accordance with EU regulations. There is no information on a possible withdrawal period for hemp products produced from the hemp nut.
However, we recommend a 48-hour withdrawal period.
Austrian Equestrian Sports Association (OEPS)
In Austria, hemp is not on the prohibited list, Austria adheres to the prohibited substances according to the FEI prohibited list.
Swiss Equestrian Sports Association (SVPS)
In Switzerland, hemp is not on the prohibited list; Switzerland also adheres to the prohibited substances according to the FEI Prohibited List.
International Federation of Equestrian Sports, umbrella organization of equestrian sports based in Lausanne (FEI)
The FEI is in agreement with Sanafino hemp products: A maximum value of 0.3 mg per liter of urine water is mentioned for arsenic. Sanafino hemp products fall below this value at 0.03 mg per liter.
