SPECIFIC Allergen Management Plus FOD-HY

+ Indications:

  • Allergic skin diseases caused by atopy, food allergy, flea allergy or a combination of these allergies
  • Gastrointestinal disorders caused by food allergy or food intolerance
  • Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colitis
  • Gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea, vomiting and flatulence caused by malabsorption and maldigestion, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and acute gastroenteritis
  • Other fatty acid and nutrient-responsive skin conditions
  • Other inflammatory conditions such as colitis, asthma or arthritis that respond to fatty acids

Properties:

Hydrolyzed salmon protein with a molecular weight < 10,000 Daltons provides excellent digestibility and low allergenic potential.

Exceptionally high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) from fish oil and the omega-6 fatty acid GLA from borage oil. These fatty acids can influence the immune response by being involved in eicosanoid production. EPA, DHA and GLA can weaken the immune response in the skin through the production of anti-inflammatory eicosanoids. The food is therefore the ideal food for atopics

Due to its excellent digestibility and the quality of the ingredients, this dietary food is especially recommended for clinical symptoms of small intestinal diarrhea.

An induced urine pH value below 6.4 prevents the formation of struvite stones.

A balanced complete food with the recommended nutrient levels that meets the nutritional requirements of growing and adult cats. This food is therefore also suitable for kittens.

Kibble size & shape: oval, length (long side): 10.6 mm, length (shorter side): 10.1 mm, width/thickness: 5 mm

The individual daily requirement can vary depending on factors such as breed, environment, season and activity etc.. It is therefore advisable to monitor the general condition and body weight and adjust the amount of food accordingly.

Specific - FOD-HY Allergy Management Plus Cat Trockenfutter: Es steht bei der Zusammensetzung es enthält hydrolysiertes Lachsprotein 3.000 Dalton UND hydrolysiertes Protein 10.000 Dalton. konkrete Frage: was für ein hydrolysiertes Protein 10.000 Dalton? von Fleisch/Huhn/Fisch oder wovon?? Meine katze verträgt kein Fleisch, nur Fisch, daher wichtig für mich. Danke

Dies ist die Rückmeldung von der Veterinärabteilung des Herstellers:

Das Produkt enthält hydrolysiertes Huhn- und Schweinefleisch (<10'000 Dalton) als Digest (Das bedeutet, dass die oberste Schicht des Pellets damit besprüht wurde).

In der Regel ist das für Tiere, die allergisch auf Huhn und Schwein sind, völlig unproblematisch.
