How do I care for chrome-plated steel?
We recommend using clean water to clean chrome-plated steel dog collars. A mild detergent can also be used to clean heavier soiling. The chain should always be dried thoroughly if it comes into contact with Moisture and after cleaning. Also check the chain (like any Collar) regularly for abrasion and functionality.

Sizes:
The specified chain lengths are always measured from one end of the chain to the other, i.e. from end ring to end ring. This means that, depending on the type of chain, the specified length may not correspond to the maximum neck circumference.

As chains with pull-through chains are not adjustable and have to be pulled over your dog's head, it is particularly important to choose the right length.

To do this, measure the circumference of your dog's neck and add 8 cm to this measurement. Then select the chain length that corresponds to this measurement or is larger.

To be on the safe side, you should measure the circumference of your dog's head at the widest point (usually just before the ears) and make sure that the chosen length is greater than the head circumference.
