Repel cats, dogs, rodents and martens

The versatility of the ultrasonic animal repeller makes it an ideal all-purpose device for repelling animals. Whether in the garden or as marten protection for attics, the animal repeller works reliably and over a large area. Annoying cats or dogs that foul your property are driven away just as efficiently as rodents.

The solar panel supplies the ultrasonic animal repellent with energy via solar radiation and can therefore be used permanently. This function is very important as the device can be set up so that it is charged by the sun during the day and therefore always remains in use.

Effective animal deterrent with 24-hour operation

Repel dogs, cats and martens as well as wild boars and foxes. The SWISSINNO animal deterrent works simply and effectively, even 24 hours a day, thanks to the autonomous power supply with the help of solar cells and the rechargeable AA batteries.

Extensive protection over an area of approx. 100m² - The animal repeller automatically detects animals and emits ultrasonic waves that are completely harmless to pets and imperceptible to humans. The animals are not harmed, but merely confused and thus successfully driven away.

Humans can hear sound frequencies of up to 20,000 Hz. Sound above this frequency is called "ultrasound". Animals hear ultrasound and find it so disturbing that they will do anything to escape it. When the repeller is set up, the sensor detects any movement of animals in the coverage area. Each movement causes the device to emit sound for five seconds, varying between 13,000 and 60,000 Hz, which drives the disturbing animals out of the area. The sensor flashes blue when sound is emitted.

Positioning the repeller:

Screw the metal rod to the base of the device. Select a position for the device. Observe the following points:

• the sensor must point towards the area from which you want to drive away nuisance animals (the range is 10 m from the device, in a 120° arc)
• Ultrasound does not penetrate solid objects such as walls, fences, trees and garden furniture. Therefore, position the device so that obstacles are minimized.
• the unit should be positioned away from other sources of noise, such as busy roads, playgrounds, etc.
• the solar panel on top of the unit should get as much sunlight as possible to charge the batteries. So choose a sunny spot.
• the device is rainproof and can be used anywhere outdoors. Sink the metal rod into the ground until the device is about 15 cm above the ground. Make sure that the pole is vertical and that the sensor is pointing straight ahead and not up or down.

Inserting the batteries

You will need four rechargeable AA AA batteries (NiMH 1.2V) to operate the device (not included).
Charge them in a standard battery charger. Remove the battery cover on the back using a Phillips screwdriver and insert the four batteries (pay attention to the polarity).
Close the cover tightly. Set the rotary knob on the front right of the device to "Off" to avoid unnecessary power consumption.

Notes on the batteries

If the sensor flashes red while the device is switched on, this means that the sunlight was not sufficient to charge the batteries. It is then necessary to remove the batteries and charge them as described above. If the device is not used for a long period (e.g. in winter), the life of the batteries will be preserved if they are removed from the device. Charge them before reinserting them when you use the appliance again.
