The willow hexagon from swisspet is suitable for rodents such as hamsters and guinea pigs and offers space to play and linger. This run is also safe if the animals gnaw on it, as it is made from 100% natural willow. This run is not suitable for animals that are good at climbing or jumping up (mice, rats, rabbits...). The animal should always be supervised during the run.

Note: Please note that not all hamsters like a run outside the enclosure, as they are very territorial and often shy animals. Never wake your hamster to put it in the run, but adjust the interaction phases to its natural waking times (crepuscular and nocturnal animals!). If your hamster shows symptoms of stress in the run, put it back and try again another time. If the hamster shows signs of stress every time, you should stop letting it out altogether. Regular free running is no substitute for a species-appropriate and sufficiently large enclosure.
