The special formula contains an optimized combination of bacterial spores, magnesium, and inulin, which specifically supports the colonization of beneficial bacteria—especially in the filter media. This effectively promotes the breakdown of harmful substances such as ammonia and nitrite right from the start. Thanks to the accelerated development of nitrifying bacteria, the first fish can be introduced into a newly set-up aquarium after just 24 hours.

In addition, Tetra Bactozym supports the breakdown of organic contaminants, thereby contributing to a stable, healthy aquatic environment for fish and plants.
