Merci à iPet pour leur professionnalisme et sérieux. Le caisson inférieur était un peu branlant donc défectueux, car le carton interne qui modèle la forme du bac, était décollé. Il y avait aussi une vis était trop courte (pour fixer le bac inférieur à la base de l'arbre). iPet a répondu présent à ma "réclamation" et m'a envoyé les pièces de rechange en un temps très rapide. Tout es réglé et mes grands chats l'adorent. Merci.

Der Kratzbaum ist wirklich schön und macht sich auch gut im Wohnzimmer. Er ist stabil genug für meine beiden BKH (4,5 kg und 8 kg). Die Kleine schläft gern unten in der Höhle und der Grösse am liebsten oben. Leider kommt er durch sein Gewicht nicht so gut hoch, der untere Teil müsste noch einen Vorsprung haben statt der Hängematte, die bei Sprüngen im Weg ist. Ansonsten aber super, ich bin zufrieden.
