This spacious rabbit hutch has a sheltered retreat in the upper, rear section, which can be opened using a sliding door. The outer door can be protected from draughts and moisture in winter with a removable plastic panel. The roof, the outer walls and the tubs are insulated with polystyrene. The roof can be opened completely and one half of the roof has removable floor panels and can be used as storage space. A total of 7 doors ensure good handling and easy cleaning. The enclosure can be extended with further Natura free-range enclosures (we recommend a permanent additional run so that the animals have enough space to run and hop around and can therefore lead as species-appropriate a life as possible). It is made of varnished pine wood and powder-coated metal. The rodent hutch has a lockable bottom hatch with a plastic coating and the plastic trays can be pulled out. The double locking mechanism on the mesh door prevents predators from entering. Due to the small grid spacing (2 cm), this small animal hutch is also suitable for young animals.

For longevity, it is recommended that the wood is reglazed approx. every 3 years.
