VetPlus Vetsalve for Dogs and Cats
Intensive care ointment for heavily stressed skin, cracks, and deep skin irritations. The ointment, based on Norwegian spruce resin (Picea abies), forms a long-lasting protective layer that shields the skin from external influences and optimally supports the skin’s natural healing process.
Directions:
Carefully trim the hair in the affected area and clean the skin. Apply the ointment sparingly (1–2 mm thick) directly to the irritated area. If necessary, cover the area with a breathable bandage.
Dosage:
Apply once or twice daily. At the start of treatment, the affected skin area may weep more heavily; experience shows that this subsides over time. Once the area becomes drier, applying the ointment every other day is sufficient.
Warnings & Storage:
Not suitable for animals with a known allergy to colophony. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Store at 15–25 °C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 12 months after opening.
Active Ingredient:
Norwegian spruce resin (Picea abies)
Ingredients: Petrolatum, liquid paraffin, spruce resin (Picea abies), denatured alcohol, microcrystalline wax, sorbitan oleate, beeswax, hydrogenated castor oil, stearic acid.
