VetPlus Vetsalve for Dogs and Cats
Ointment for the treatment of wounds, lacerations, burns, and skin ulcers. The ointment forms a protective layer that promotes healing and protects against bacteria and fungi.
Application: Shave the hair and clean the wound. Apply sparingly (1–2 mm) to the wound. Cover with a breathable bandage if necessary. For deep wounds, apply directly to the wound bed.
Dosage: Apply once or twice daily. The amount of wound exudate is usually greater at the start of healing and decreases over time. Once the wound exudate has subsided, apply only every other day.
Warning: Not suitable for animals with a colophony allergy. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Storage: Store at 15–25 °C, protected from direct sunlight. Use within 12 months after opening.
Active ingredient:
Norwegian spruce resin (Picea abies)
Composition: Vaseline, liquid paraffin, spruce resin (Picea abies), denatured alcohol, microcrystalline wax, sorbitan oleate, beeswax, hydrogenated castor oil, stearic acid.
