Muss man die Samen zuerst einweichen? Danke.
Your iPet team Guten Tag, es ist nicht zwingend notwendig, die Psylliumsamen zu befeuchten. Für eine bessere Schmackhaftigkeit und Wirksamkeit empfehle ich Ihnen jedoch, sie mit Wasser oder z. B. einem Naturjoghurt zu befeuchten.
