Wolfsblut Cold River Adult is a species-appropriate dry dog food for a healthy, grain-free diet for your dog. The composition is based on the diet of ancient dogs and combines this with the knowledge of our time.
All the ingredients in this unique combination serve to maintain the health of your pet.

The main source of nutrition for prehistoric dogs was of course meat and fish. However, they also consumed fruit, herbs and vegetables via the stomachs of their prey or searched for and ate them specifically.
This gave them the vitamins, minerals, vital substances, trace elements, enzymes and secondary plant substances they needed.
The composition of Wolfsblut Cold River Adult is mainly based on the diet of prehistoric dogs and therefore contains a high proportion of salmon and trout as well as sweet potatoes, spirulina, finger kelp, Irish moss and seaweed.
Grain-free (gluten-free) because grain is not a natural food for carnivores and is one of the most common allergy triggers in dogs.
Also suitable for allergy sufferers and dogs at risk of allergies.

Ist das Futter geeignet bei erhöhten Leberwerten?
Beim Wolfsblut Cold River Adult handelt es sich um ein Futter mit moderatem Proteingehalt und relativ niedrigem Fettgehalt. Diese Eigenschaften können für Hunde mit erhöhten Leberwerten durchaus vorteilhaft sein, da eine zu hohe Proteinbelastung die Leber zusätzlich fordern kann und ein mässiger Fettgehalt die Verdauung erleichtert. Ab welche Alter kann man geben diese Futter!?
Ich wollte wollte cold River puppy bestellen, aber sah es geht Bit 5 Monaten bei kleine hunde( habe Bichon Frise , 5 1/2 Monate alt. Benötige passende Futter, da starke Verfärbung des Fell wegen Tränenflecken hat.
Guten Tag, bei kleinen Hunderassen empfehlen wir, das Welpenfutter mindestens bis zum 8. Lebensmonat zu füttern und dann auf Erwachsenenfutter umzustellen. Leider kann man gegen Tränenflecken nichts tun, ausser die Augen jeden Tag oder sogar mehrmals täglich zu reinigen. Das ist bei kleinen Hunden physiologisch, da der Tränenkanal verstopft (weil nicht normal gebildet) ist und die Tränen daher eher an den Augen (und damit am Fell) herunterlaufen als in die Nase... Und wenn das Fell mit den Tränen in Berührung kommt, verfärbt es sich aufgrund bakterieller Reaktionen. Sie können Ihren Tierarzt darauf ansprechen, der die Kanäle unter Narkose spühlen kann, aber in der Regel verstopfen sie nach einigen Tagen oder Wochen wieder. Früher wurden Produkte verkauft, die ein Molekül enthielten, das diese Bakterien hemmte, aber das ist inzwischen verboten. Ihr Ipet Team
