Cats are carnivores by nature. That's why Acana Regional Cat Pacifica is made with 75% Game-caught Pacific sardines, flounder, pike and redfish. The fish is caught off Vancouver Island and approved for human consumption before being processed into our food.
- Low carbohydrate (23 %)
Cats do not need carbohydrates in their diet. Carbohydrates are known to be one of the main causes of obesity and diabetes. This is why Acana makes sure that the carbohydrate content is low and replaces quickly digestible carbohydrates with low-glycaemic fruit and vegetables. Je connais ce produit depuis une bonne vingtaine d'années et je l'apprécie. Cela dit, ces derniers mois les croquettes pour chats sont plus sèches qu'avant et sentent moins fort. Ont-ils changé quelque chose (baisse de qualité) ? J'aimerais bien revoir ces croquettes telles qu'elles étaient auparavant !
