almapharm CereFit H powder offers a comprehensive approach to supporting brain metabolism and vitality in older adults. It is designed to specifically promote nerve metabolism and brain function and is ideal for compensating for diet- and age-related deficiencies in neurotropic B vitamins and antioxidants. almapharm CereFit H provides medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs), consisting of 70% C8 caprylic acid and 30% C10 capric acid. These act as a ketogenic energy source for neurons and function completely independently of glucose metabolism. Therefore, the powder is also an excellent source of medium-chain fatty acids as part of a ketogenic diet.

In addition, valuable antioxidants, carnitine, taurine, and neurotrophic B vitamins improve cerebral mitochondrial energy utilization. The phosphatidylserine derived from lecithin optimizes cell communication in the central nervous system (CNS), while Ginkgo biloba reliably supports cerebral microcirculation.
