Audevard Bonutron Galop – Targeted Support for High-Performance Horses
Audevard Bonutron Galop was specially developed to meet the unique nutritional needs of racehorses in training and competition. This feed supplement combines high-quality vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other selected nutrients to specifically supplement the daily diet of performance-oriented horses.
Bonutron Galop is particularly beneficial for horses whose diet consists mainly of hay and oats or hay and commercial concentrate. The formula has been specifically tailored for diets containing calcium-rich hay, such as alfalfa or hay from the Crau region.
For Performance and Muscle Mass
Intensive training places high demands on a horse’s body. Amino acids such as lysine and threonine are essential building blocks for maintaining and developing muscle mass. Bonutron Galop provides these amino acids in a targeted combination and supplements the daily feed ration to meet the specific needs of racehorses.
L-carnitine is also a component of the formula. It plays an important role in energy metabolism and supports the efficient use of energy. This makes Bonutron Galop particularly suitable for horses that undergo regular, intensive training and whose nutritional needs are correspondingly higher.
With Antioxidant Protection
Intense physical exertion can be accompanied by increased production of free radicals and, consequently, oxidative stress. Vitamin C, vitamin E, and other selected nutrients help support the body’s natural defense mechanisms.
In addition, Bonutron Galop contains polyphenols from grape seed extract, which are known for their antioxidant properties. The formula thus combines various nutrients that support the horse’s body during periods of intense training and competition.
Mycosorb A+® for Binding Mycotoxins
A distinctive feature of Audevard Bonutron Galop is the Mycosorb A+® complex it contains. This is an ingredient based on yeast cell wall extracts that is used for the selective adsorption of mycotoxins from feed.
Mycotoxins can occur particularly in stored feedstuffs such as grains and plant-based feeds. With Mycosorb A+®, Bonutron Galop therefore contains an additional ingredient to provide nutritional support in the event of potential exposure to such undesirable metabolic byproducts.
Comprehensive Supply of Vitamins and Trace Minerals
Bonutron Galop provides a broad combination of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. It contains, among others, vitamins A, D3, E, C, and K3, as well as various B vitamins, biotin, and choline.
In addition, the formula contains important trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, and selenium. Together with calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, these specifically supplement the daily feed ration.
The combination of lysine, threonine, methionine, and L-carnitine rounds out the nutrient profile for performance-oriented horses.
Particularly noteworthy are the targeted amino acid supply for the muscles, L-carnitine for energy metabolism, and Mycosorb A+® for the selective adsorption of mycotoxins. Thanks to the two dosage options, Bonutron Galop can also be easily adapted to different rations consisting of hay, oats, or commercial concentrate.
Information regarding doping-related substances in our products is based on the manufacturer’s specifications and is not updated regularly. The assessment was based in particular on the list of doping-relevant substances published by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI). However, it should be noted that national anti-doping regulations may differ from these international guidelines. Furthermore, doping-related information—particularly regarding plant-based ingredients—is subject to constant change. For this reason, we recommend that you stay informed about the latest developments in equestrian sports by consulting the FEI’s list of prohibited substances.
Suitable for various feed rations
Bonutron Galop can be easily mixed into the daily ration. This dietary supplement comes in the form of tasty, apple-flavored granules, making it particularly easy to feed.
The dosage depends on the horse’s regular feed ration:
- Hay + oats: 50 g daily, equivalent to 2 measuring spoons
- Hay + commercial concentrate: 25 g daily, equivalent to 1 measuring spoon
One measuring spoon equals 25 g. Depending on the dosage, the 3-kg bag lasts for about 60 to 120 days.
