Cavalor Colostra 24 - replacement for colostrum
Colostra 24 from Cavalor is given to newborn foals (motherless foals or foals from mares with little, no or poor quality colostrum) as a colostrum substitute!
Why Cavalor Colostra 24?
Colostra 24 from Cavalor is given to the foal immediately after birth. This is freeze-dried colostrum. The administration of Colostra 24 increases the immunoglobulins in the foal's blood. This enables it to better protect itself against pathogens in the first week of life, when the immune system is still developing.
Thanks to Colostra 24, there is less risk of the foal having insufficient defenses. Colostra 24 helps to protect the foal against infections and diseases.
Information on doping relevance in our products is based on the manufacturer's specifications and is not regularly updated. In particular, the list of doping-relevant substances of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) was used for the evaluation. However, it should be noted that national doping regulations may deviate from these international guidelines. Administer within 24 hours after birth. Mix with warm water or artificial milk!
As a supplement for mares with insufficient colostrum: feed foals with 100g of colostrum powder within 24 hours.
As a substitute for the entire colostrum: Give 100g Colostral 24 within 6 hours after birth and repeat this amount after 12-16 hours.
mix 100g Colostra 24 with 0.2 liters of artificial milk or water and stir well until the powder has completely dissolved. Feed at a temperature of 36-37°C.
IBR-negative, freeze-dried colostrum with at least 30% immunoglobulins
