derbymed Bronchopulmin is a product for horses that combines the properties of mucolytic and immunostimulating ingredients. It is used to strengthen the respiratory tract in horses. The cineole contained in eucalyptus oil has an expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.

Properties

In phases of a weakened immune system in conjunction with the presence of dust, mycotoxins or cold, damp weather, the self-cleaning of the horse's respiratory tract is often no longer sufficient and a respiratory infection occurs. Bronchopulmin combines the properties of various immune system-strengthening and mucolytic ingredients.

Effect

  • Expectorant: Contains eucalyptus oil, which consists of 85% cineole, which has an expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.

  • Antispasmodic: Black cumin oil has an antispasmodic effect and thus helps to alleviate respiratory problems. Black cumin oil is used in particular for asthmatic complaints.

  • Promotes the horse's own synthesis of vitamin C: In stressful situations, colds or infections, the horse's own synthesis of vitamin C is often insufficient. Bronchopulmin contains vitamin C in the form best available to the horse, as 6-palmityl-L-ascorbic acid.

  • Strengthens the immune system: Bronchopulmin combines the properties of various immune system-strengthening and expectorant ingredients.
