The lower protein, phosphorus and sodium content of Farmina Vet Life Renal reduces nitrogenous degradation products in the body. It leads to a reduction in hyperphosphatemia and secondary hypertension (dogs with initial cardiac insufficiency). Clinical studies have shown that Farmina Vet Life Renal improves the quality of life of dogs suffering from chronic or temporary Renal insufficiency or initial cardiac insufficiency.

Guten Tag, ja dieses Trockenfutter ist theoretisch auch für kleine, ältere Hunde geeignet. Allerdings ist die Krokettenngrösse "mittelgross", sodass es auch davon abhängt, ob Ihr Hund grössere oder kleinere Kroketten schlucken kann. Wenn Sie lieber kleinere "Nieren"-Trockenfutterkroketten bevorzugen, empfehle ich Ihnen die folgenden: Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Renal Small Dog.
Alternativ können Sie die Kroketten auch befeuchten, um sie aufzuweichen, oder Nassfutter füttern.
