Sheep is easily digestible and lean. Crown meat is part muscle meat from the diaphragm and contains easily digestible proteins; heart is also a muscle and provides important vitamins. Buckwheat is not a grain and is therefore gluten-free, but contains many important amino acids, iron and potassium. Apples contain over 30 vitamins and minerals. The apricot scores with carotene, the precursor to vitamin A.
