SureFeed microchip feeder

A food bowl with microchip-controlled access control so that no one can tamper with your pet's food. When a pet approaches the feeder, your pet's microchip or collar tag is scanned and recognized and the lid opens for your pet only.

Designed for multi-pet households where food theft is a problem. For example: an animal suffers from diabetes, obesity... This ensures that special food is eaten by the right pet.

Up to 32 animals can be programmed.

The closing time of the flap can be adjusted in three stages using a slider - from immediate closing to a longer delay. This ensures that the food remains protected and each animal eats in peace.

  • An automatically closing lid keeps the food fresh for longer.
  • Works with the SureFlap RFID collar tag (one tag included).
  • 6 months battery life (4 x C batteries not included).
  • 1 grey bowl, 1 grey double bowl and 1 grey mat are included
  • With the optional attachable hood, you can prevent resourceful pets from eating from the back when the lid of the SureFeed Microchip feeder is open.

Ist der Futterautomat für draussen geeignet?

Nein, der SureFeed Mikrochip Futterautomat ist nicht für den Aussenbereicht geeignet.
Die elektronischen Komponenten sind nicht versiegelt und würden bei Feuchtigkeit kaputt gehen.

bonjour,j'ai 3 chats et donc cela veut dire un gros budget si je dois prendre 3 appareils. Ma question est: est ce que un appareil peut enregistrer 2 puces ? j'ai 1 seul chat sur les 3 qui doit prendre une nourriture spécifique. Si cela est possible cela voudrait dire pour moi que j'économise un appareil. merci de votre réponse.Mme Filipe

Kann man es auch für Nassfutter benutzen und wenn ja wie lange bleibt das Futter frisch? Oder gibt es da eine Alternative die aber auch mikrochipgesteuert ist?

Der SureFeed Mikrochip Futterautomat ist nur bedingt für Nassfutter geeignet, da der Automat über keine Kühlfunktion verfügt. Das Nassfutter würde sich maximal ein paar Stunden frisch halten.

Neu im Sortiment frühen wir den Polar Wet Food Feeder. 
Dieser wurde speziell für Nassfutter entwickelt. Er wird nicht über den Chip gesteuert, hier können Sie die Fütterungszeiten via APP steuern, jedoch nicht individuell auf die einzelnen Katzen programmieren.

Les deux médaillons d'identification par radiofréquence (RFID) que l'on peut acheter ici, ont chacun un numéro d'identification différent. Ceci est nécessaire pour qu'ils puissent fonctionner correctement.

Oui, le Distributeur de nourriture SureFeed reconnaît la puce implémentée et ne s'ouvre que pour la puce programmée sur celle-ci.

Est-il possible de programmer deux puces et un temps limité d'ouverture?

Jusqu’à 32 animaux peuvent être programmés sur un seul distributeur.

La durée d’ouverture du couvercle après le départ de l’animal peut être réglée en trois niveaux. Un curseur se trouve sous l’appareil à cet effet.

  • Position 1 : Le couvercle se referme rapidement après que l’animal a quitté l’espace de repas.

  • Position 2 (réglage par défaut) : Le couvercle se referme avec un léger délai.

  • Position 3 : Le couvercle reste ouvert un peu plus longtemps avant de se refermer.

Y a-t-il une garantie ? Si oui, quelle durée ? Les bacs de nourriture ont une contenance de 400 ml ? Y a-t-il un programme d'entraînement inclus pour que le chat s'habitue au distributeur ? Est-ce que c'est compatible avec toutes les puces électroniques ?

Le bac à nourriture fourni a une capacité de 400 ml et est compatible avec la plupart des systèmes à puce électronique courants en Suisse.
Il existe un programme d'entraînement. Le mode d'emploi explique étape par étape comment habituer au mieux votre chat à l'appareil.
