Mon chien a des allergies aux acariens alimentaires et de poussières. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui je congelais ces croquettes sous conseil de mon vétérinaire. Il vit depuis 1 mois et demi un gros pic d’allergie et je me demandais si un changement d’alimentation serait opportun.
Your iPet team L'aliment Canine Derm Complete est adapté aux chiens souffrant d'une allergie aux acariens alimentaires. Il contient des quantités élevées d'acides gras oméga-3 et peut aider à soutenir la santé de la peau. Dans son emballage fermé, il est exempt d'acariens et si vous continuez à congeler l'aliment, il le restera.
Si votre chien connaît malgré tout de fortes poussées d'allergie, cela suggère qu'il entre en contact avec l'allergène par une autre voie. Les acariens alimentaires se trouvent souvent dans la poussière domestique et, comme chez votre chien, il arrive fréquemment que les chiens allergiques aux acariens alimentaires soient également allergiques à la poussière domestique. Les animaux concernés doivent donc être exposés le moins possible à la poussière domestique. Vous pouvez y contribuer, par exemple, en lavant chaque semaine les couvertures ou les couchages de votre chien à 60 °C. Il est également recommandé de ne pas laisser l'animal dormir dans la chambre à coucher ou d'utiliser des housses anti-acariens (appelées « encasings »), car les matelas et la literie sont souvent fortement infestés d'acariens. Pendant que vous passez l'aspirateur, votre animal doit quitter la pièce et l'aspirateur doit idéalement être équipé d'un filtre anti-allergènes. En matière d'aménagement intérieur, il est préférable d'opter pour des sols et des meubles faciles à nettoyer, et de maintenir le taux d'humidité de l'air en dessous de 50 %.

Essais vu l’allergie aux acariens
C’est encore un peu tôt pour savoir si cela aide notre berger allemand, mais nous observons moins de grattage à l’intérieur et aussi lors des promenades. Il mange et finit sa gamelle sans problème.
Je vais continuer avec ces croquettes, afin d’essayer de le soulager le plus possible. Bien sûr, il a des produits naturels pour l’aider, mais cela ne suffisait pas. -
