Kobre®Pond Algae Killer
Effective against the most common types of algae.
Application
Excessive algae growth leads to oxygen depletion and can thus harm fish and plants. Kobre®Pond Algae Killer is effective against the most common types of algae, such as thread algae, floating algae, and slime algae. Kobre®Pond Algae Killer inhibits the algae’s photosynthesis, causing them to wither away. Suitable for all garden ponds, swimming ponds, ornamental fountains, and water basins.
Recommended Use:
Shake well before use. Distribute the treatment as evenly as possible throughout the water. After use, remove dead algae with a net. Ensure an adequate supply of oxygen. Turn off the UV-C clarifier for at least 7 days during treatment. Avoid changing the water if possible. For optimal results, regular reapplication is recommended at intervals of approx. four weeks. During use, slight foaming may occur temporarily at waterfall inlets.
Dosage:
1 L per 20,000 liters of pond water
Use biocides with caution. Always read the label and product information before use.

Ich wollte fragen, ob der Algenkiller von Kobre für Störe verträglich ist.

Ja, der Algenkiller ist für Störe grundsätzlich verträglich. Trotzdem führt das Abtöten von Algen immer zu einer Sauerstoffzehrung aufgrund des mikrobiellen Abbaus der Algen. Deshalb ist während der Behandlung der Teich auf jeden Fall zu belüften und die Fütterung wird besser eingestellt. Sollten die Störe Anzeichen eines Sauerstoffmangels zeigen, ist ein Teilwasserwechsel vorzunehmen.

Schadet der Algenkiller zB Bergmolchen, diversen Fliegen oder Libellenlarven??
Your iPet team Beim Algenkiller handelt es sich um den Wirkstoff: Monolinuron (ISO) (vgl. 3-(4-Chlorphenyl)-1-methoxy-1-methylharnstoff)
welcher die Photosynthese der Algen hemmt.
Uns sind zwar keine negativen Wirkungen auf Amphibien bekannt, raten Ihnen dennoch davon ab, das Mittel in einem Teich mit Bergmolchen und Libellenlarven einzusetzen.
