This ensures that only fresh meat from small, regional abattoirs, Game and poultry farms is processed and that no industrial or feed grain is used in the products.

FLEISCHESLUST does not use raw materials that have already been heavily denatured in advance and whose protein structure has already been altered (heat, addition of salts, acids, bases, etc.). No cereal flours are used, nor any meat that has been treated or modified before processing. All raw materials used are free from genetic engineering.
