PETLIBRO Dockstream Battery-Operated Water Fountain

The PETLIBRO Dockstream battery-operated, cordless water fountain encourages cats and dogs to drink. The continuous flow mode provides a fresh flow of water around the clock so that animals can drink whenever they want (only available with a power connection). Thanks to the radar induction mode, the water dispenser detects the fur nose within 50 cm and activates the water flow, which saves electricity and at the same time encourages the fur noses to drink. The water flow is activated for 42 seconds every hour to keep the water fresh.

Replacement cartridges can be ordered, but are not included. One pack of replacement cartridges contains 8 cartridges.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: FAQ
Question: How often should I change the filters?
Answer: Please change the filter every 2 weeks to keep the water fresh.
Question: Do I need to use the filter if I already have pure water that is used in the water fountain?
Answer: One of the reasons you need the filter is that your pet will be drinking from it and the water will be passed through the filter to keep the water free from contaminants such as pet fur and saliva.
Question: Why do I need to soak the filter before first use?
Answer: Soaking the filter removes particles that may have settled on the filter.
Question: Does this switch off automatically?
Answer: Yes. For safety reasons, the water fountain switches off automatically if there is not enough water.
Question: Can I clean the fountain in the dishwasher?
Answer: Only the stainless steel part and the non-removable part connected to it can be put in the dishwasher for cleaning. Other parts must NOT be put in the dishwasher, otherwise there is a risk of deformation.
Question: What happens if water leaks from the water tray?
Answer: The filter may not be completely soaked. Please soak the filter in a clean bowl (not in the water tank) for 5 minutes before first use.
Question: What if the water pump stops working?
Answer: 1) Fill with water between MIN and MAX. The pump will fail if it runs dry. 2) Clean the pump, the water tank and the drinking vessel. 3) If the above solutions do not work, please contact us at [email protected].
Question: What if the water dispensing speed slows down?
Answer: 1) When using for the first time (or reusing after long storage), the water pump needs to discharge air, it is normal if the water discharge speed slows down. 2) There is dirt in the pump, please clean the pump.
NOTES
1. Replace the filter and foam filter, clean the pump and fountain every 2 weeks.
2. To prolong the life of the pump, please add water before starting the machine.
3. The water dispenser has a built-in rechargeable battery, please follow the instructions in the user manual.
4. When using for the first time, the appliance must be fully charged before use. If you need to use it immediately, you can plug in the external power cord, charge the water fountain while it is working and then unplug it when it is fully charged.
5. Not recommended for kittens under 3 months or large dogs.

Il faut changer l'eau lors du changement du filtre, toutes les 2 semaines. Il suffit de rajouter de l'eau au fur et à mesure (il y a un indicateur intelligent qui vous alerte si le niveau d'eau est trop bas).

Cette fontaine n'est pas recommandée pour les grands chiens. Elle est compacte et légère, de sorte que les grands chiens pourraient rapidement la renverser. De plus, la surface d'abreuvement est plutôt destinée aux animaux de petite et moyenne taille.
