Ist dieses Futter auch für Senioren geeignet?
Your iPet team In der Halbfeucht-Futterlinie PRIMUM sind ein Welpen-Junghundefutter sowie vier Adult-Futter erhältlich, ein spezifisch formuliertes Senior-Futter ist nicht vorgesehen. Die vier Adult Futter sind jedoch unterschiedlich aufgebaut im Eiweiss- Fettgehalt und können ohne weiteres auch Senior-Hunden gefüttert werden.
Für das Füttern bei einem Senior ist es relevant, wie aktiv der Hund ist und ob er eine Neigung zu Übergewicht hat.
Bei eher aktiveren, fitten Hunden kann das PRIMUM Ente & Kartoffel mit einem Proteingehalt von 26% und 18% Fett eingesetzt werden.
«Normal» aktiven Senioren kann das PRIMUM Lamm & Kartoffel mit 26% Protein und 15% Fett oder das PRIMUM Huhn & Kartoffel mit 23% Protein und 12% Fett gegeben werden.
Bei eher übergewichtigen Senioren würde sich das PRIMUM Rind mit einem Proteingehalt von 25% und 9% Fett anbieten.
