Hypoallergenic from Purina's Veterinary Diets range has been developed for the following applications:

  • Food elimination diets
  • Skin inflammation (dermatitis) associated with food allergies
  • Inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract (gastroenteritis) associated with food allergies
  • Insufficient production of digestive enzymes (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency)
  • Dilated lymphatic vessels (lymphangiectasia)
  • Poor absorption of nutrients in the intestine (malabsorption)
  • Chronic inflammatory bowel disease,
  • Protein loss (intestinal protein loss syndrome, PLE)

Hypoallergenic for Food allergies in adult dogs and puppies

The formulation of Purina Veterinary Diets HA Canine provides comprehensive and balanced nutrition for dogs with allergies. You can therefore even feed it to puppies if the vet has diagnosed an allergy.

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) offer high digestibility and can help prevent excessive levels of triglycerides in the blood. Your vet will consider whether this food is also suitable for dogs with high cholesterol levels.

Vegetarian recipe with soy protein in Purina Hypoallergenic

Dogs are much less likely to have food intolerances to soy protein than to beef, dairy products, chicken or wheat. For this food, Purina has also broken down the soy proteins into such small components that they cannot cause allergies.

guten tag unsere hündin - kl. münsterländer (6) - leidet unter einer chronischen bauchspeicheldrüsen erkrankung. auf empfehlung der tierärztin geben wir ihr Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets HA Hypoallergenic. wir sind uns nicht sicher, ob dieses futter als vollständiges alleinfutter zu verstehen ist. nach durchlesen der zusammensetzung sind wir stutzig geworden, ob unsere hündin alle lebensnotwendigen nährstoffe erhält die sie braucht. danke für ihre kurzberatung. freundliche grüsse silvana ramensperger

Meine 29 kg Mischlingshündin (Schäferhund ×Windhund) wurde an Beiden Trommelfellen wegen einem Hefepilz operiert. Ein paar Monate später musste sie an der Blase operiert werden mit über 1kg Steinen darin. ( es waren 2 verschiedene Arten von Steinen). Gibt es ein Futter, daß sowohl für Blasensteine und gleichzeitig für Hefepilz geeignet ist ?

Guten Tag, es gibt spezielle Futtermittel für Harnwegsprobleme, die ich Ihnen für Ihren Hund empfehle. Was die Hefepilze angeht, rate ich Ihnen, sich mit Ihrem Tierarzt zu beraten. Die Behandlung erfolgt in der Regel topisch oder medikamentös. Es gibt leider kein Futter das beides macht. Ihr iPet-Team
